AIVA provides a built-in report generation system for creating structured clinical and research reports. Reports pull together your analysis findings (flagged variants, comments, classifications, and AI-generated summaries) into a polished document suitable for clinical review, research documentation, or patient communication.

Report Workflow¶

- Analyze your sample: Use the Data Table, AIVA Chat, and Analysis tools to explore your data.
- Flag and classify variants: Flag variants of interest and apply ACMG classifications.
- Add comments: Document your interpretation with threaded comments.
- Create a report: Start from a template or a blank report.
- Link evidence: Connect flagged variants and comments to the relevant report sections.
- AI Auto-Fill: Use AI Auto-Fill to generate or refine section content.
- Review and export: Finalize the report and export it.
